CHAPTER 1
Coffee Heritage
In the 1600s, Baba Budan returned from Yemen carrying seven raw coffee seeds hidden in his clothing a bold move at a time when exporting beans was forbidden.
He planted them in the hills of Chikmagalur. Those seeds took root, spread through the Western Ghats, and ignited India’s coffee legacy a legacy built on resilience, risk, and the determination to grow something new. From seven seeds, an entire industry was born.

CHAPTER 2
The King’s Experiment
Where Vision Built India’s First Coffee Heartland
In the 1800s, the Maharaja of Mysore backed an audacious dream coffee farms carved out of the wild, rain-lashed hills of Karnataka. What seemed impossible soon became India’s first organized coffee region. Today, those same historic slopes still grow some of the country’s finest beans, born from a ruler’s bold belief in what the land could become.

CHAPTER 3
The Monsoon Miracle
India’s Signature Coffee, Created by the Sea
Centuries ago, Indian coffee spent months at sea in damp wooden ships on its way to Europe. The beans swelled, softened, and changed completely yet buyers loved the mellow, earthy flavor. What started as an accident became a global classic: Monsooned Malabar, shaped by winds, weather, and the Indian Ocean itself.

CHAPTER 4
The Forest Keepers
Coffee Grown in Harmony with the Land
In the Eastern Ghats, Adivasi communities have long grown coffee beneath ancient forest canopies no chemicals, no clear-cutting, only balance with nature. Their slow, traditional methods produce beans with a purity and depth found nowhere else. Each cup honors a people who protect the forest by farming within it, not against it.

From origin to delivery with care and transparency
Every partnership begins with a transparent process from sourcing traceable beans to delivering world-class coffee for your brand.
STEP 1:
Harvesting at the farm
Ripe cherries are selectively picked, sorted, and processed (washed, honey, or natural) at the estate level.
STEP 2:
Drying and storage
Processed parchment is dried to the correct moisture level and stored securely to maintain quality and traceability.
STEP 3:
Curing and grading
At the curing works, parchment is hulled, cleaned, graded, and prepared into export-ready green coffee by size, density, and defects.
STEP 3:
Final packing and shipment
Green coffee is packed in export bags, containerized, quality-checked, and shipped to global buyers with full documentation.
